Spencer Financial Services has recently bid farewell to Eugene Goosen who has been closely involved in the management of the Spencer Investment Portfolio since inception. He has now joined ORA Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd permanently.

thank him for his contributions to the establishment of Spencer Financial
Services, as well as the knowledge and experience he shared with our fund management team. Forthwith, the Spencer Financial
Services fund management team will consist of Philip Buys, Trevern Haasbroek as
